Programs designed for lasting, measurable change.
Every CWS programme is built around a simple test: does it move someone closer to income, education, or dignity? Explore the five pillars below.

Women Empowerment
Our women's empowerment work is the beating heart of CWS. Through Self Help Groups, financial literacy, micro-enterprise support and dignity-first product initiatives like Garments For Goods, we walk with women as they build income, savings and voice.
Swawalamban and Samriddhi focus on livelihood generation, while our SHG network gives women access to community savings, credit and shared decision-making. G4G channels donated garments into micro-retail opportunities run by the women themselves.
Rural and peri-urban women aged 18–55 with limited access to formal income or credit.
- 1
Field workers identify a cluster of women through community outreach and needs assessment.
- 2
Women are onboarded into an SHG, trained in financial literacy, and matched with a livelihood pathway.
- 3
Continued mentoring, market linkages and micro-credit help each member scale a sustainable income.
Five pillars, one shared mission.
